Short Film Competition Frequently Asked Questions
What are the film categories?
Most Educational, Most Humorous, Most Creative, and Most Inspirational. All films will be considered for the Grand Prize Judges Choice category.
When will the winners be notified?
Film judging will take place the last week of April and winners will be announced in early May, 2011.
How do I submit my film?
Films may be submitted in one of two ways:

Turn in your short film and the submission entry-form to any teller or Member Service Representative and ask them to, "Inter-office to Kevin Banks in Marketing."
Will my CD, DVD, or USB drive be returned to me?
No. All films are sent to a third party to upload the films on bemoneysmart.org and will NOT be able to be returned. No exceptions.
Can I film inside and/or outside a UCCU branch?
Possibly. Upon permission of the Branch Manager you may be able to film inside and/or outside the UCCU branch. To speak with the Branch Manager nearest you, please call (801) 223-8188.
More than one person created a film, how do we submit the film together?
If multiple filmmakers participated in the creation of a film, and each filmmaker wishes to be credited, each filmmaker is to fill out an entry form and submit the entry forms together with the film.
More than one person created a film, what happens to the prize money?
The prize money is per category. If multiple filmmakers created a film together, then the prize money will be divided by the number of filmmakers who complete an entry form when the film is submitted.
